Privacy policy

This policy explains what the Telegram bot @faceswapai_me_bot and this website keep about you, and for how long.

Your photos

The two photos you send and the result are processed on our server in a temporary folder kept in memory. The originals are overwritten and deleted as soon as the result exists, and the result is deleted right after it is sent to you. Photos are not stored, not reviewed by people, not used to train models and not shared with anyone.

Telegram keeps its own copy of everything sent in the chat, under Telegram's privacy policy. You can delete the chat in Telegram at any time.

What we keep

Your Telegram user ID, your swap balance or the end date of an unlimited period, your settings (restoration level, colour matching, language) and whether you have entered the access password.

For each job we log the time, how long it waited and ran, and whether it succeeded, linked to your Telegram ID. We use this to keep the bot fast and to fix errors.

Payments

Payments go through Telegram Stars or @CryptoBot. We never see your card or wallet details; we only receive confirmation that an invoice was paid, which we keep to credit your balance and to avoid crediting it twice.

This website

The site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. It is served through Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Your choices

You can stop using the bot at any time. To have your account data (balance, settings, job log) deleted, send /paysupport in the bot and ask; note that an unused balance is lost when the account is deleted.
