Terms of use

These terms cover the Telegram bot @faceswapai_me_bot and this website. By using the bot you accept them.

What the service is

The bot puts a face from one photo onto another photo. It is made for fun: jokes, memes, playing with your own pictures. The results are generated automatically and can look wrong, unlike the person, or strange. Nothing the bot produces is a real photograph of an event.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. Access is by invitation for now, so the bot may ask for a password.

Your photos and your responsibility

Only upload photos you have the right to use. If a photo shows another person, you need their permission to put their face on another picture, or to put a face onto their picture.

You alone are responsible for the photos you upload, for the images you get back and for anything you do with them. We do not check the content of uploads and do not pretend to.

What you must not do

Do not use the bot to make sexual or nude images of anyone, images of minors in any context that sexualises them, images meant to humiliate, harass, threaten or blackmail a person, fake evidence, fake documents or IDs, images that pretend to be a real person in order to deceive or defraud, or anything illegal where you or the person in the photo live.

Do not pass a result off as a real, unedited photo. If you share a result, make it clear it was edited.

We can block an account that breaks these rules, without a refund, and we cooperate with lawful requests from the authorities.

No warranty, limited liability

The service is provided as it is and as available. We do not promise that it works without interruption, that every swap succeeds or that a result looks the way you expect.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the bot or of the images it produces, including claims by people shown in them. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before it.

Payments and refunds

The first three swaps are free. After that you buy packs of swaps or 30 days of unlimited use, paid with Telegram Stars or in crypto through @CryptoBot. Prices are shown in the bot before you pay.

If the bot finds no face or a swap fails, the swaps for it go back to your balance automatically. Swaps that were used and unlimited periods that have started are not refunded. Telegram Stars purchases are also subject to Telegram's own terms. For a problem with a payment, send /paysupport in the bot.

Changes and contact

We may change the bot, the prices or these terms. The date below shows the last change; using the bot after a change means you accept it.

Questions go to the bot: send /paysupport in @faceswapai_me_bot and the admin will reply in Telegram.
